The world wide web, information super highway, internet, online, whatever the hell you want to call it turns 15. I always liked the idea of calling it online, so you could say, "Oh I heard it from Online." like he was one of your friends or something. This commentary is interesting to see how the web could have been if it had been restricted early on.
