The National Burn Down RCMH With Arcade Fire

Two of my favorite bands, The National and The Arcade Fire are playing together in May. I'm pretty high on them both right now but mostly because I just snagged 2 3rd row tickets for the Radio City Music Hall Show on May 9th. Sometimes I check Ticketmaster in an OCD type manner and sometimes it pays off. The show is part of David Bowies Highline Festival. The festival is pretty rad(huh, rad, that's pretty 1992) with tons of music, film, comedy, and art. In addition to the National/Arcade Fire show I will be seeing Ricky Gervais at MSG. David Bowie has some cool friends and they are all raising money for an elevated walkway.

For those of you that don't know what the Highline is, it's an elevated walkway that is currently under construction that will run through much of the lower west side of Manhattan. Personally I don't need a cool excuse to go see Ricky Gervais, The Arcade Fire, and the National but I'll take it. Thanks David Bowie, I don't care what other people say about you, you're one rad 60 year old.

Check out the new site to promote The National's Boxer.
