I'm reading this book for my anthropology class. It's a really interesting look at the modernization of Japan. How have they been able to modernize without the crime, fear, or divorce rates we have. It looks like most of it is tied to honor and the teachings of Confucius. This is an entertaining and enlightening read and I recommend it.
