Amazing Widgets

If you haven't explored the widgets out there for MAC OS X Dashboard, you are missing out. Currently I am writing this post with a blogging widget. I get all my music lyrics and album art from widgets such as singpod and then there is the ispeak, and who can forget the facebook search. Translators are at easy access and so much more. If you aren't running OS X 10.4 I reccomend you update and play with this stuff, they are amazing.

This ep is awesome!! I couldn't reccomend it any higher. I've had it for a while. Ben Gibbard of Death Cab and Andrew Kenny of American Analog Set put down some great tracks and even cover each others music.

This blog is a great source for new music. I find a lot of great stuff here, plus it is all legal. They have a great podcast too, if you are into those. I highly recommend it.

Annoyance Productions

If you have any interest in improv performance or want to get better at it read this bookImprovise . You will also definitely want to read Del Close and Charna Halpern's "Truth in Comedy". Those are two of the best improv books on the market. Go get them now. I need to get Improvise and start reading it.

If you aren't watching it yet, there is something wrong with you. The best written/funniest show on TV is diving into its third season on Fox. Make sure you catch it every Monday night at 8PM. Ratings have been low so tell everyone you know to watch it.

Long Form

So after seeing the ASSSCAT on Bravo I feel the need that I have to long form. I don't care what the consequenced, I NEED IT OR I WILL DIE. I was dissapointed with the editing of the ASSSCAT, they could have done a way better job and cut off the debate scene which was hilarious live. The debate scene ended with Horatio Sanz as Stallone debating in the end and everything erupting with the statue and birds, it was great. I hope it gets picked up, but we'll see.
